<공연 취소 안내>

2024년 1월 31일 Star Hall 그리고 3월 2일 Araneta Coliseum에서 진행 예정이었던 <2024 RO WOON FAN MEETING ‘An Ordinary Day’>가 부득이한 현지 사정으로 인해 취소되었음을 알려드립니다.  

예매하신 티켓은 전액 환불 조치될 예정입니다.

자세한 사항은 아래의 내용을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

Star Hall 에서 진행 예정이었던 홍콩 공연을 예매하신 관객:

- 1월24일로부터 영업일 45일 이내 결제하신 신용카드 계좌로 자동 전액 환불이 진행될 예정입니다.

Araneta Coliseum에서 진행 예정이었던 마닐라 공연을 예매하신 관객:

-TicketNet 에서 구매한 티켓은 취소 공지일로부터 은행 영업일 기준 45일에서 60일 이내 결재하신 신용카드 계좌로 전액 환불이 진행될 예정입니다.

-현금으로 구매한 티켓은 취소 공지일로부터 15일이내에 Araneta Coliseum - Yellow Gate 의 TicketNet 사무실에 방문하시면 전액 환불 받을 수 있습니다.

다시 한 번, 이번 공연 취소로 기다려주신 관객 분들에게 불편을 드린 점 사과드립니다.

여러분의 성원에 감사드리며, 앞으로 더 좋은 공연으로 찾아 뵙겠습니다.

《演出取消公告》

我們遺憾地宣布，《2024 RO WOON FAN MEETING ‘An Ordinary Day’》原定於2024年1月31日在Star Hall, 3月2日 在Araneta Coliseum舉行的活動，因不可預見的本地情況被取消。

已成功購票的觀眾將獲得全額退款。詳情如下；

預購原本預計在Star Hall舉行的香港演出的觀眾：

- 從1月24日起的45個工作日內將自動全額退款至付款時使用的信用卡賬戶中。

預購原本預計在Araneta Coliseum舉行的馬尼拉演出的觀眾：

-在TicketNet預購的門票將在公告日起銀行工作日基準45日至60日之內自動全額退款至付款時使用的信用卡賬戶中。

-使用現金購買的門票請在公告日起15日以內訪問位於Araneta Coliseum - Yellow Gate的TicketNet辦公室進行退款。

我們再次向各位期待已久的粉絲為是次演出取消帶來之不便衷心致歉。

為各界帶來任何不便之處，懇請各位見諒。

<Announcement of Performance Cancellation>

We regretfully announce that《2024 RO WOON FAN MEETING ‘An Ordinary Day’ IN HONG KONG and MANILA》, which was originally scheduled to be held on January 31st, 2024 at Star Hall, and March 2nd, 2024 at Araneta Coliseum has been canceled due to unforeseen local circumstances.  

Patrons who have successfully purchased tickets will receive a full refund.

Details are as follows:

Purchasers of tickets for the Hong Kong Fan Meeting at Star Hall:

-A full refund will be automatically deposited to the original Credit Card account used for the ticket purchase within 45 working days from 24 January 2024.

Purchasers of tickets for the Manila Fan Meeting at Araneta Coliseum:

-All purchased tickets from TicketNet will be fully refunded to the Credit Card account used for the purchase within 45 to 60 banking days from the cancelation announcement.

- Tickets purchased with cash can be fully refunded at the TicketNet office, located at Araneta Coliseum - Yellow Gate, within 15 days from the day of the cancellation announcement.  

Once again, we apologize to all the fans waiting for the show for the inconvenience caused by its cancellation.
