<공연 취소 안내>

내부 사정으로 인하여, 2023년 8월 13일 H853 Entertainment Place, Lisboeta Macau에서 진행 예정이었던 <2023 정해인 팬미팅 “열번째 계절” IN MACAU>가 부득이하게 취소되었음을 알려드립니다.  

 

예매하신 티켓은 전액 환불 조치될 예정입니다.

자세한 사항은 아래의 내용을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

 

MACAU TICKETING을 통해 예매하신 관객:

- 온라인으로 구매하셨지만, 실물 티켓이 없으신 경우, 구매하신 수단으로 환불이 진행될 예정입니다.

- 실물 티켓을 받으신 경우, 오프라인 매장에서 해당 티켓 확인 후 환불이 진행됩니다.  

- WeChat과 Alipay로 결제하신 경우 영업일 기준 15일 이내로 환불이 진행될 예정입니다.

- 신용 카드로 결제하신 경우, 4~6주 이내로 환불이 진행될 예정입니다.

 

Damai을 통해 예매하신 관객:

- 구매하신 수단으로 영업일 기준 7일 이내로 환불이 진행될 예정입니다.  

 

다시 한 번, 이번 공연 취소로 기다려주신 관객 분들에게 불편을 드린 점 사과드립니다.

《演出取消公告》

 

由於內部原因素，原定於2023年8月13日於澳門葡京人853娛樂館舉行之《 2023 JUNG HAE IN FAN MEETING “THE 10TH SEASON” IN MACAU》將被取消。

 

已成功購票之觀眾，將獲全數退款。詳情如下；

• 如於廣星網購票：

- 已在網上購票還未取票觀眾會原路退回；

- 已取票的觀眾需要持門票到門市退；

- 微信和支付寶支付之退款約15個工作天到賬；

- 信用卡支付之退款約4-6個星期到賬。

 

• 如於大麥網購票：

- 將於7個工作天內以原路退回。

 

我們再次向各位期待已久的粉絲為是次演出取消帶來之不便衷心致歉。

為各界帶來任何不便之處，懇請各位見諒。

<Announcement of Performance Cancellation>

Due to uncircumstances, we regretfully announce that《2023 JUNG HAE IN FAN MEETING “THE 10TH SEASON” IN MACAU》, which was originally scheduled to be held on August 13th, 2023 at H853 Entertainment Place, Lisboeta Macau, will be canceled due to unforeseen force majeure.  

Patrons who have successfully purchased tickets will receive a full refund.

Details are as follows:

 

Tickets Purchased from Macau Ticketing:

- Ticket holders who have purchased tickets online but have not yet collected them will be refunded via the original channel.

- Ticket holders who have collected their tickets will need to bring the tickets to the offline store for a refund.

- Refunds for WeChat and Alipay payments will be processed within 15 business days.

- Refunds for credit card payments will be processed within 4-6 weeks.

 

Tickets Purchased from Damai:

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original channel.

 

Once again, we would like to apologize to all the fans who have been waiting for the show for the inconvenience caused by its cancellation.
