1. 모든 거래는 한국 원화(KRW)로만 진행되며, 현금과 카드 거래 모두 가능합니다.

(단, 일부 카드사는 카드사의 사정에 의해 결제가 불가할 수 있으며, 본인 명의 카드가 아닌 경우 사용의 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.)

2. 상품 판매는 선결제 방식으로 진행됩니다. 결제 완료 후 구매 영수증 확인 후 상품이 전달되며, 구매 영수증 분실 시 상품 수령이 어려울 수 있습니다.

3. 본 상품은 판매 수량이 한정되어 있습니다. 상품이 조기 매진될 시 공지된 시간 이전에 상품 판매가 마감될 수 있으며, 판매 부스도 운영되지 않을 수 있습니다.

4. 구매자의 단순 변심으로 인한 교환 및 환불은 불가능합니다. 신중하게 구매해 주시기 바랍니다.

5. 상품 수령 후 상품의 상태 확인을 현장에서 바로 해주시기 바랍니다. (관련 문의와 불량에 따른 교환 및 환불은 운영 시간 내 판매 부스를 통해서 가능하며, 현장 운영이 종료된 이후 온라인 접수 등의 별도 처리 불가능합니다.)

6. 상품 교환 문의 시, 반드시 구매자 본인께서 부스를 방문해 주시기 바랍니다. 방문 시 구매 영수증과 결제 카드, 구매 상품을 필히 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. (본인이 방문하지 않거나 영수증, 결제 카드, 상품이 없으면 교환 및 환불이 불가합니다.)

7. 공연장 내 일회용 쇼핑백 무상 제공은 법적으로 금지되어 있습니다. 별도의 쇼핑백은 제공되지 않으니 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

8. 모든 이미지는 구매자의 이해를 돕기 위한 예시 이미지이므로, 모니터 해상도에 따라 실제 색상과 다소 차이가 있을 수 있으며 사이즈는 재는 방법에 따라 오차가 있을 수 있습니다.

9. 모든 제품의 아웃 케이스(포장용 비닐, 지퍼백, 종이 봉투, 박스 등)는 상품 보호를 위한 충격 방지용으로 제작되었습니다. 판매 과정에서 미세한 스크래치 및 눌림, 찍힘 등의 파손이 발생될 수 있으며, 이는 교환 사유가 되지 않습니다.

10. 본 제품은 소재 특성상 미세한 스크래치, 눌림, 찍힘이 발생될 수 있으며, 인화류 및 출력물(포토카드 등)의 경우 초상을 포함하여 미세한 스크래치 및 눌림, 찍힘은 교환 및 반품 대상이 되지 않습니다. 구매 시 반드시 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

11. 모든 특전(증정품)은 한정 수량으로 선착순으로 증정되며 재고 소진 시 증정이 조기 종료될 수 있으며, 증정품의 미세한 스크래치, 눌림, 찍힘, 변색 등은 제품의 하자가 아니므로 교환 사유가 되지 않습니다. 또한, 구매 상품을 취소, 반품, 환불하는 경우에는 증정된 특전도 함께 반품해야 정상 처리됩니다.

12. 현장 이벤트 ‘럭키드로우’는 수량 제한 없이 전용 라인을 통해 구매 및 참여가 가능합니다.
전용 라인에서는 ‘럭키드로우’ 외 다른 상품의 구매 및 픽업이 불가하며, 결제 후 구매 영수증을 스태프에게 제시해야 참여할 수 있습니다. 영수증 분실 또는 결제 당일 부스 운영 시간 내 미사용 시 참여가 불가합니다.

[Purchasing Notice]

1. All transactions will be processed in Korean Won (KRW) only. Both cash and card payments are accepted. (However, some cards may not be supported due to the card issuer’s policies, and the use of a card not under the purchaser’s name may be restricted.)

2. All products will be sold on a pre-payment basis. After completing your payment, please bring your purchase receipt to the pickup counter to collect your items. (You will not be able to receive your items without a purchase receipt or after leaving the booth area.)

3. All products are available in limited quantities. Sales may end earlier than the announced time if items sell out, and the sales booth may also close accordingly.

4. Exchanges or refunds due to the purchaser’s change of mind are not accepted. Please consider your purchase carefully.

5. Please check the condition of your items on-site immediately after receiving them. (Related inquiries, exchanges, and refunds due to defects are only available at the sales booth during operating hours. After on-site operations end, online requests or separate processing will not be available.)

6. For product exchange inquiries, the purchaser must visit the booth in person. Please bring your purchase receipt, payment card, and purchased items. (If the purchaser is not present or if the receipt, payment card, or product is missing, exchanges or refunds cannot be processed.)

7. The free distribution of disposable shopping bags inside the venue is prohibited by law. No additional shopping bags will be provided.

8. All images are sample images for the purchaser’s understanding. Actual colors may vary depending on monitor settings, and sizes may differ slightly depending on measurement methods.

9. All outer packaging (vinyl bags, zipper bags, paper envelopes, boxes, etc.) is designed to protect the product from impact. Minor scratches, dents, or pressure marks that may occur during the sales process are not valid reasons for exchange.

10. Due to the nature of the materials, minor scratches, dents, or pressure marks may be present. For printed items and photo-related products (including photo cards), minor scratches, dents, or pressure marks—including on facial areas—are not grounds for exchange or return. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

11. All benefits (free gifts) are provided in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. Distribution may end early once stock is depleted. Minor scratches, dents, pressure marks, or discoloration on free gifts do not constitute product defects and are not eligible for exchange. If purchased items are canceled, returned, or refunded, all received benefits must also be returned.

12. On-site event items such as ‘LUCKY DRAW’ can be purchased without quantity limits and must be purchased at their respective dedicated lines. These lines are exclusively for their specific items; other products cannot be purchased there. Waiting lines, payment processes, and participation in ‘LUCKY DRAW’ is only available after payment is completed at the dedicated payment line and the purchase receipt is presented to staff. Participation will not be permitted if the receipt is lost or not used within the booth’s operating hours on the day of purchase.
