[신청 유의 사항]

- 참여를 희망하시는 분들은 FANTASY 8기에 가입해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 당일 입장 전, 본인 확인 절차가 진행될 예정입니다. 본인 확인 진행을 위해 신청 전, FANTASY 8기 가입시 작성한 회원 정보(이름, 생년월일, 연락처)가 신분증과 동일한지 정확히 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 이름은 반드시 한글 또는 영문으로 작성하셔야 참여가 가능합니다.

** 해외 가입자는 이름을 반드시 “여권명”과 동일하게 등록하셔야 합니다.

- 연락처는 반드시 문자 수신이 가능한 휴대폰 번호를 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 당첨자 안내는 문자(신청시 입력한 연락처) 및 메일(팬클럽 가입 메일)로 개별 안내될 예정이오니, 반드시 양식에 맞추어 정확히 입력해 주시기 바랍니다. 항목 미기재 및 오기재로 인한 문제 발생은 책임지지 않습니다.

- 이벤트 참여 응모폼 작성 후 팬클럽 환불 진행 시 이벤트 응모 내역은 자동 취소됩니다.

[당첨자 안내]

- 4월 21일 중 공식 팬카페를 통해 당첨자 명단이 안내될 예정입니다.

- 당첨자 명단이 안내된 후 참여 인원에 한하여 팬클럽 환불이 불가합니다.

- 추후 당첨자 중 환불 인원이 확인될 경우 즉시 이벤트 당첨이 무효 처리될 예정이오니, 이 점 참고 바랍니다.

- 당첨자 발표 후 개별 안내를 통해 자세한 시간과 장소가 안내될 예정이오니 문자 및 메일 확인 부탁드립니다.

[입장 안내]

1) 신청자 본인 외에는 입장이 불가능 합니다

2) 입장 전 당첨자 본인 확인이 진행될 예정입니다. 신분증(사진부착)을 꼭 지참해 주셔야 합니다. (신분증 미 지참 시 입장 불가)

신분증은 반드시 실물로 가져와 주시기 바랍니다. (사진촬영본X, 복사본X)

** 신분증의 경우 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 청소년증&가족관계증명서 원본 동시 확인, 외국인 등록증(국내 거주 외국인인 경우) 이외 신분증으로는 입장 확인이 불가하오니 꼭 안내 목록에 해당하는 신분증으로 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 내국인 미성년자 : 초・중・고등학교 학생증, 여권, 생년월일이 표기된 국가 공인 자격증

2. 내국인 성인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권

3. 모든 외국인 : 여권, 외국인등록증

** 내국인 미성년자를 제외한 고객께서는 ‘학생증’(대학교 학생증 포함)은 본인 확인용으로 사용할 수 없으며 촬영한 사진 및 스캔본, 어플 등 확인 불가합니다.

3) 현장에서 본인 확인 후 이벤트에 참여할 수 있는 번호표를 추첨하여 배부 예정입니다. 이벤트진행 중 자리를 옮기는 행위는 불가하며 적발 시 진행요원의 제재가 있을 예정이오니 이점 꼭 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

4) 입장 예정 시간 30분 전부터 입장이 가능합니다. 본인 번호에 맞게 착석 부탁드립니다.

5) 본 이벤트 시작 30분 전까지 현장에 도착해 주시기 바라며, 시작 시간 이후에 도착할 경우 이벤트 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다. 중도 입장 또는 참여 시간 변경은 현장 상황상 어려울 수 있으니 이 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

[팬미팅 관람 유의 사항]

- 이벤트 참여 시, 본인의 번호에 맞는 좌석에 착석 부탁드립니다. 현장 스태프의 안내에도 불구하고 본인의 자리에 착석하지 않거나 통솔에 응하지 않으실 경우, 이벤트 참여가 불가능할 수 있습니다. 본인 번호표 좌석에 착석하지 않아서 발생되는 불이익에 대해서는 책임지지 않으며, 현장 스태프의 통솔을 반드시 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

- 이벤트 현장에서 SNS 라이브 방송 중계 적발 시 퇴장 조치됩니다.

- 이벤트 장소에서 무단 퇴장 시 재입장 불가합니다.

- 본 이벤트에서는 촬영 전문 장비의 반입은 가능하오나, 삼각대 설치는 제한되오니 양해 부탁드립니다.

- 다른 관객 분들의 관람에 지장을 주는 행동은 삼가 해 주시기 바라며, 공연 관람에 지나친 방해가 될 경우 진행요원의 제재를 받으실 수 있습니다.

- 귀중품 보관에 유의해주시기 바랍니다. 본인 부주의로 인한 분실, 도난 등에는 공연 주최/주관사 측에서 책임지지 않습니다.

- 공연장 내 물 이외 다른 음료, 음식물 반입 불가합니다.

- 부득이한 사정이나 스케줄로 인해 일부 멤버가 불참할 수 있으며, 관련 안내는 이벤트 직전 안내될 수 있습니다.

- 공지는 추후 수정될 수 있습니다.

FANTASY 8th Gen Members

* Only FANTASY members who register within the registration period can participate.

[Number of Participants]

20 members (Random draw)

** On the day of the event, participants will randomly draw their seat numbers during identity verification before entering.

** Only the person listed in the name list is allowed to participate. Any illegal activities, such as transferring or selling tickets, may lead to penalties, so please be aware.

1. Visit the application link provided in the event notice.

2. Complete the form on the application page within the specified period and submit it.

* Please make sure to follow the application time and format; failure to do so may result in being excluded from the list.

* Each person can submit only one application. (Duplicate applications will be automatically invalidated.)

* If you have previously won an ITTA MAGAZINE event, unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in this FANTASY 8th Gen invitation event. Even if you apply, you will be excluded from the winner list.

* On-site participation will not be possible. Please ensure you can attend before applying.

[List Application Guidelines]

- If you wish to participate in this event, please make sure to join the FANTASY 8th Gen.

- Before entering on the day of the event, there will be an identity verification process. Please ensure that the information (name, birthdate, and contact number) you provided during your FANTASY 8th Gen registration matches exactly with your ID.

- Names must be written in either Korean or English to participate.

** International members must enter their name exactly as it appears on their passport.

- Please provide a phone number that can receive text messages.

- Winners will be notified individually via text message (using the contact number provided during registration) and email (the email registered during fan club sign-up). Please ensure that you fill out the form accurately. We are not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect information.

- If you request a refund for your fan club membership after submitting your event application, your entry will be automatically canceled.

- If you do not agree to the collection and use of personal information, you will not be able to participate in the event.

[Winner Announcement]

- The winner list will be announced on the official fan cafe on April 21.

- Once the winner list is announced, refunds for fan club memberships will no longer be available for the selected participants.

- If any winners request a refund, their event winnings will be immediately canceled.

- After the winner announcement, detailed information about the event time and venue will be provided through individual notifications. Please make sure to check your text messages and emails.

[Admission Guidelines]

1) Admission is restricted to the applicant only.

2) Identity verification will be conducted before admission. Please make sure to bring a valid ID (with a photo attached), as you won't be able to enter without it.

The ID must be the original; copies or photos will not be accepted.

** Accepted forms of photo ID: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth Card with original copy of Family Relationship Certificate, or Alien Registration Card (for foreign residents in Korea). No other forms of ID will be accepted. Please bring one of the acceptable forms of photo ID.

1. For Domestic Minors (Korean): School ID (elementary, middle, or high school), Passport, or a government-issued certificate with date of birth.

2. For Domestic Adults (Korean): Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, or Passport.

3. For All Foreign Nationals: Passport or Alien Registration Card.

** Winners, excluding Korean minors, cannot use 'Student IDs' (including university student IDs) for identity verification. Photos, scanned copies, or digital versions (such as apps) will not be accepted for ID verification.

3) After identity verification on-site, you will be given a numbered ticket to join the event. Please note that changing seats during the event is not allowed, and any violations may result in action from the event staff, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.

4) You can enter starting 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Please take your seat according to your assigned number.

5) We kindly ask that you arrive on-site at least 30 minutes before the event begins. If you arrive after the event starts, participation may be restricted. Due to on-site circumstances, mid-event entry or changes in participation time may not be possible, so please keep this in mind.

[Fan Meeting Guidelines]

- Please be seated in your assigned seat according to your number. If you do not sit in your assigned seat or fail to follow the instructions of the staff, you may not be allowed to participate. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not sitting in your assigned seat, so please follow the staff's guidance.

- If you are caught broadcasting live on social media during the event, you will be asked to leave.

- Re-entry is not allowed if you leave the event venue without permission.

- While professional filming equipment is allowed at the event, please note that the use of tripods is restricted.

- Please refrain from any actions that can interfere with the viewing experience of other audiences. You may be subject to restrictions by the staff.

- Please be mindful of your valuables. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft due to negligence.

- No food or beverages other than water are allowed inside the venue.

- Due to unavoidable circumstances or scheduling issues, some members may not be able to attend. Relevant information will be provided shortly before the event.

- Please note that the details of this notice may be subject to change.

Parking space is not available. Please use public transportation.
