[팬클럽 인증 방법]

팬클럽 인증: 12월 24일(월) 오전 11시부터

1) 12월 24일(월) 오전 11시부터, 옥션티켓 로그인

2) 예매페이지의 팬클럽 인증창에서 팬클럽 회원인증을 받아놓으시면 빠르게 예매가 가능합니다.  

3) 인증 시 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호로 인증 가능하며, 공식홈페이지 (www.fncent.com)에 등록된 정보 그대로 인증하시면 됩니다.

   Ex) 이름: 홍길동 / 팬클럽 고유번호: 20181201190 / 휴대폰번호: 01012345678

※인증 정보에는 숫자만 입력 가능하며, 특수문자(하이픈 포함), 공란 입력은 불가합니다.

4) 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

5) 예매 오픈 전 팬클럽 인증이 완료된 회원님은 ‘팬클럽 인증하기’ 버튼 클릭 시, ‘본 계정은

인증된 계정입니다.’라는 문구가 뜹니다.

6) 국문 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증하신 분은 국문페이지에서만, 영문 페이지에서 인증하신 분은

영문 페이지에서만 예매가 가능합니다.

7) 공식 홈페이지에 [이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호] 이 3가지 정보 모두 등록되지 않은 회원님과 인증이 되지 않는 경우 FNC 홈페이지 문의게시판 문의 및 ft@fncent.com 으로 문의하여 주세요.

[팬클럽 선예매 시 주의사항]
1. 본 공연의 팬클럽 선예매는 2018년 12월 14일 11:59PM까지 PRIMADONNA 정회원으로 가입 신청 및 입금 완료 해주신 분에 한해 참여 가능합니다.

2. 인증 이전에 공식 홈페이지(www.fncent.com)에 로그인 후 MY PAGE에 등록된 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유

번호, 휴대폰번호를 확인하여 주세요.

3. 예매 시작 전에 예매페이지에 접속하여 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인해주세요.
4. 티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
5. 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호 외 타인의 정보를 이용하여 인증할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따를

수 있습니다.

6. 팬클럽 선 예매 시 티켓은 1인 2매(회당) 구매 가능합니다. 이후 일반 예매 시 추가로 1인 2매(회당)

구매 가능합니다.

[How to Get Fanclub Authorization]

Fanclub Authorization: December 24^th, 2018 (Mon) 11AM ~

1) Log in to Auction Ticket from December 24^th (Mon) 11AM

2) For faster reservation, make your fanclub authorization through the fanclub authorization page on the ticket site beforehand.

3) To make your authorization, enter your Name, Fanclub Serial Number and Contact Number that was used when registering through the official site. (www.fncent.com)

Eg) Name: Hong Gil Dong / Fanclub Serial Number: 20181201190 / Contact Number: 01012345678

※Special Characters(including hyphens) and spaces cannot be identified when authorizing.

4) Once authorized, you do not have to make another authorization when logging in again.

5) A ‘This account has been authorized’ pop-up window will appear when clicking the ‘Fanclub authorization’ tab before the ticket open date for members who have successfully made their fanclub authorization.

6) If you make your fanclub authorization through the Korean Auction site, fanclub pre-purchase will also only be available via the Korean Auction ticket site. If you make your fanclub authorization through the English Auction site, fanclub pre-purchase will also only be available via the English Auction ticket site.

7) For those whose information [Name, Fanclub Serial Number and Contact Number] are not registered on the FNC Official Website and those who have problems regarding authorization please visit the official FNC Website or contact FNC Entertainment at ft@fncent.com.

[Precautions for Fanclub Pre-purchase Tickets]
1. Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are available to those who have joined the PRIMADONNA fanclub as a regular member by December 14th, 2018 11:59PM

2. Before you get the Authorization, Log in to the FNC Official Website (www.fncent.com) and check your Name, Fanclub Serial Number, Contact Number on the ‘MY PAGE’ tab.

3. Before the fanclub pre-purchase period begins, please make sure you have successfully made your fanclub authorization.

4. If payment for tickets are not made within the given period, tickets will automatically be canceled.

5. In the case you use another’s Name, Fanclub Serial Number, Contact Number or any other information to make an authorization, you may be liable to take legal responsibility.

6. Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are limited to 2 tickets per person (per show). An additional 2 tickets per person (per show) can be purchased during the general ticket booking period.

2) 在预售页面的FANCLUB认证页面上，若提前完成FANCLUB会员认证的话，可更快地进行购买。
3) 进行认证时，可以使用姓名、FANCLUB固有号码、手机号码进行认证，按照官方网页 (www.fncent.com)上的信息进行认证即可。

   EX) 姓名：洪吉童 / FANCLUB固有号码：20181201190 / 手机号码：01012345678

※认证信息中只可输入数字，不可输入特殊文字(包括连字符)及空格。

4) 完成认证的账号再次登录时无需重新认证。

5) 在预售开始前，已完成FANCLUB认证的会员点击“FANCLUB认证”时，会显示“本账号已完成认证”的提示。

6) 在韩文主页进行FANCLUB认证的会员只限在韩文主页，在英文主页进行认证的会员只限在英文主页上进行预购。 

7) 在官方主页中没有登记 [姓名，FANCLUB固有号码，手机号码] 这三项信息，以及没有认证成功的会员，请在FNC官网的询问公告栏上留言，或发送邮件至ft@fncent.com询问。

[FANCLUB优先预售注意事项]

1) 此次FANCLUB优先预售仅限2018年12月14日晚上11:59为止，完成PRIMADONNA会员加入申请及汇款的会员。
2) 认证前请登录官方主页(www.fncent.com)，并确认MY PAGE内本人的姓名、FANCLUB固有号码、手机号码。

3) 优先预售开始前，请登录预售主页，并确认是否已完成FANCLUB认证。

4) 完成预购后，若在指定期间内没有付款，此票将自动取消。

特别DJ洪D将亲自筛选各位的故事，伴随着音乐送上祝福、安慰以及欢笑！

选定一个主题后，把想要和洪D一起分享的内容写下来，发送至以下E-mail。
