환불 방식에 대하여 안내드립니다.
예매하신 티켓은 전액 환불 조치될 예정입니다.

LOKET.COM에서 예매하신 관객:
- 결제하신 계좌로 구매 금액 전액이 자동
환불 예정이며, 환불까지 최대 4주 정도 소요됩니다.
- 환불은 LOKET.COM의 환불 규정에 따라 진행될 예정입니다.
DreamTicket에서 예매하신 관객:
1. 아래 링크의 구글 폼 작성

2. 구매자의 성명, 생년월일, 구매 좌석 입력
3. 결제 내역 확인
4. 환불 받을 계좌번호 입력

FANMEETING IN JAKARTA>, which was originally scheduled to be held on August
3rd, 2024 has been canceled, and we would like to inform you about ticket
refund.
Those who have successfully purchased
tickets will receive a full refund.
Please refer to the following details.
Purchasers of tickets from LOKET.COM:
- A full refund will
be automatically deposited to the original Credit Card account used for the
ticket purchase, and it may take about 4 weeks at the maximum.
- The refund will be proceed recording to
LOKET.COM’s refund regulation.
Purchasers of tickets from DreamTicket:
1. Fill in a Google
form of the link below

2. Enter the ticket
purchaser’s full name, birth date, ticket category
3. Submit a proof of
payment
4. Enter the bank
account information for refund
