[기타 주의사항]
- 팬 사인회에서는 펜 레터만 전달 가능합니다. 팬 레터 외 다른 선물 전달 시 팬사인회 종료 후 모두 돌려드립니다.
- 편지 전달 시 편지를 제외한 상품권, 쿠폰, 스티커, 포토카드, 사진 등의 선물 동봉이 불가합니다. 보낸 이가 불분명한 것은 돌려드릴
수 없어 부득이하게 폐기 처리 되오니 이 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 공연, 팬미팅
행사 등에서 진행되는 슬로건 이벤트, 카드섹션 이벤트 등 관련 이벤트는 메일을 통해 사전 협의 후 진행이
가능하며, 문의하신 순서대로 협의가 진행되는 점 참고 부탁드립니다. 공식
스케줄 공지가 진행되기 전의 추측 신청은 인정되지 않습니다.
- 우편, 택배
등을 이용하여 서포트가 불가능한 물품을 일방적으로 보내주시는 선물은 모두 반송 또는 폐기 처리 됩니다.
- 팬레터 및 메시지북, 기부증서는 공개방송 현장에서 FNC STAFF에게 전달하거나, FNC 사옥으로 우편을 보내주시면 해당 멤버에게 전달하도록 하겠습니다.

to accept any gifts in person or by mail and we are just grateful for fans’
love and support towards members.

ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we do not cause any
inconvenience to each other by unilaterally delivering items that cannot be
supported.

[Other Precautions]
- Only fan letters are
allowed to be delivered during the fan sign event. If items other than fan
letters are delivered, we will return them after the fan sign event is over.
- When delivering a
letter, it is prohibited to include gift certificates, coupons, stickers, photo
cards, photos, etc. in the letter. Please be aware that if the sender is
unclear, we can’t deliver it back so it will be disposed of.
- Events such as slogan events and card section events at
performances or fan meeting events, etc. can be conducted after prior
consultation through e-mail and please note that discussions will be processed
in the order of inquiry. Speculative applications before the official schedule
announcement will not be accepted
- Any unilateral gifts
sent by mail, parcel, etc. that cannot be supported will be returned or discarded.
- Fan letters, message
books, and donation certifications can be delivered to FNC STAFF at the site of
the audience participation program, or mailed to the FNC office and we will
forward them to the appropriate member.
