SF9 공식 팬클럽 <FANTASY> 1기 내국인 14세 미만 및 외국인 가입 관련 추가 안내 드립니다.
모집기간: 2017년 3월 2일 (목) PM 12:00 ~ 3월 16일 (목) PM 6:00 (KST)
활동기간: 1년 (2017.04~2018.03) (아티스트의 활동기간에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.)
가입비: 20,000원 (국내 외 국가별 배송비 별도)
- 만 14세미만 국내거주자 (대한민국 주민등록번호 및 외국인 등록번호 소지) 경우
옥션 콜센터를 통해 개인정보 대조 후 팬클럽 가입 가능
- 해외 거주자 또는 해외에 거주하는 외국인 또는 외국인 등록번호가 없는 경우
옥션 콜센터를 통해 개인정보 대조 후 팬클럽 가입 가능
(가입비+예매수수료 이외 배송비 별도 협의 필요)

옥션 티켓 사이트 가입 없이 옥션 티켓 콜센터를 통해 가입 가능
* 옥션티켓 콜센터 : 1566-1369 (오전 9시~ 오후 6시 / 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무)
만 14세 미만 국내거주자 (대한민국 주민등록번호 및 외국인 등록번호 소지)
해외 거주자 및 외국인 등록번호 미소지자
해외거주자로 해외로 배송 받아야 하는 분들의 경우,
국가별 배송비는 가입비+수수료 외 본인 별도 부담으로,
콜 센터 가입 시 콜 센터 및 e-mail문의 (auction_ticket@corp.auction.co.kr)를 통해
배송비 확인이 필요합니다.
배송비 입금시에는 반드시 본인 명의로 입금하셔야 확인이 가능합니다.

[FANTASY 1기 가입 스페셜 이벤트]

[FANTASY 1기 회원 가입 주의사항]
1. 반드시 본인 명의로만 가입 가능하며, 부모님, 타인 명의 또는 가상의 정보로는 가입이 불가능합니다.
2. 가입 시 본인 부주의 및 잘못된 정보 기입으로 인한 물품 배송 누락 시 책임은 본인에게 있으며, 회원카드/물품 분실 시 재발급은 불가합니다. 이와 관련한 불편함이 없으시도록 사전에 꼼꼼히 확인바랍니다.
3. 주소 오류 또는 수정 기간 후 주소 변경, 부재 및 연락 불가 등으로 회원카드 및 굿즈가 반송될 경우 (착불배송료 + 재발송 배송료) 고객 부담으로 재 발송 되는 점 숙지바랍니다.
4. 팬클럽 회원 카드 및 물품은 모집 기간 마감 후 제작되어 일괄 배송 됩니다. (배송일 추후 공지)
5. 팬클럽 가입 후 변심에 의한 가입 취소 및 환불, 물품 교환, 반품 요청은 불가능합니다.
6. 팬클럽 회원카드 및 굿즈는 팬클럽 회원들에게만 제공되는 특전이므로 타인에게 판매 및 양도할 수 없습니다. 적발 시에는 회원자격이 박탈되며 차후 기수 가입이 불가합니다.
7. 입금 후 입금영수증을 발급받아 보관해 주시기 바라며, 회원카드가 발송되기 전까지 입금영수증으로 혜택을 받으실 수 있습니다.

SF9 Official Fanclub 1st <FANTASY> Additional Recruitment Announcement for Foreign Fans
Hello, this is FNC ENTERTAINMENT.
Due to numbers of inquiries from domestic residents under the age of 14 and from foreign fans, we would like to re-announce the Recruitment Registration Information for those.
Recruitment Period: March 2nd, 2017 (Thur) 12PM ~ March 16th, 2017 (Thur) 6PM (KST)
Membership Term: 1 year (April 2017 ~ March 2018) (May change according to promotion periods)
Membership Fee: KRW 20,000 (Delivery fee not included)
- Domestic residents under the age of 14 (Korean Resident Registration Number or Foreign Registration Number holders) can register through the Auction call center after verifying their personal information
- Foreigners, Foreign residents and those who do not hold a Foreign Registration Number can register through the Auction call center after verifying their personal information
(Payment methods for delivery fees should be discussed separately)

It is possible to register through Auction Ticket Call Center without Auction Ticket Site Registration.

Those who register through the call center should check the delivery charge when registering or make an e-mail inquiry (auction_ticket@corp.auction.co.kr).
Please keep in mind that the delivery deposit should be made under your own name for successful confirmation.
*** The Case of Fanclub Recruitment Goods Purchase on Call Center
If the deposit is not made until March 16th, 6PM (KST) it will be canceled in a batch. ***
Foreign fans who make e-mail inquiries should send their emails titled as [SF9 Fanclub Inquiry] to ensure faster confirmation.

1. A special membership card with the SF9 member’s name and serial numbers will be given random to those who register as a 1st FANTASY (9 winners / the member will be random)
2. An opportunity to win SF9 member’s signed polaroid image will be given random to those who register as a 1st FANTASY (27 winners / the member will be random)

[1st FANTASY Recruitment Precautions]
1. Registration can only be completed using your own name. Registering with your parents, other’s or fake name is prohibited.
2. The customer shall be responsible for any delivery problem incurred due to negligence or incorrect shipping details made during registration. Any misplaced or lost membership cards and goods will not be re-issued. Please take note to avoid any inconveniences.
3. Please note that membership cards and goods which cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, late correction of information, absent recipients or recipients that cannot be contacted will be charged an additional delivery fee to re-send their items
4. Membership cards and goods will be produced and delivered in a batch after the recruitment period has concluded. (Delivery date TBA)
5. Cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or returns based on a change of heart will not be accepted after registration
6. Membership cards and goods are benefits limited to fanclub members. Selling or giving membership cards and goods to another are prohibited. Those who are caught will be immediately removed from the fanclub and will not be able to apply for the next registration
7. Please keep your receipt after making the payment until you receive your membership card. You can use your receipt for membership benefits until you have received your membership card
